Research Abstract


Doel van dit onderzoek is om meer inzicht te krijgen in het beloop van lichte cognitieve problemen en om te onderzoeken welke factoren kunnen voorspellen of iemand dementie zal ontwikkelen of niet. Er wordt onderzocht in hoeverre de volgende factoren invloed hebben op dit beloop: prestaties op verschillende neuropsychologische taken (zoals geheugen, aandacht, planning, taal), gedragsaspecten (zoals depressie), genetische kenmerken, genetische aspecten en de samenstelling van bloed en hersenvocht.
